Sometimes school leaders need to find a solution to a particular leadership issue or need, including where there is a gap in leadership capacity, or when inducting a new Headteacher
As part of our service, Marula Consultancy offers flexible support based on the needs of your school. This might be periodic or a more regular day or two a week. Recent support has included:
- Fortnightly coaching and mentoring for a newly appointed Executive Headteacher
- Weekly sessions for a newly appointed Head of School (half a day a week)
- Working alongside an experienced Headteacher following a period of absence
